These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3r3r platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 3r3r ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. Your continued use of 3r3r following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 3r3r Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 3r3r strictly enforces an age restriction of 21+ across all gaming and betting services. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating your account.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 3r3r Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility.

• You must notify 3r3r immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.
• 3r3r will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• You are responsible for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals made through your account.
• Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

3r3r reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance review. During a suspension, withdrawals and deposits may be temporarily disabled. The Company will endeavour to resolve account suspensions promptly and in good faith.

The 3r3r Platform maintains a PKR-denominated wallet for each registered account. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast instant transfer, and USDT.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 3r3r account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days. Raast transfers process in real time during available service hours. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
• Verification: Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification. 3r3r reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Currency Conversion: USDT deposits are credited to your PKR wallet at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 3r3r does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

3r3r may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific bonus terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity periods vary by promotion and are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 3r3r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or reclaim bonus funds credited in error at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are met.

All sports bets placed on 3r3r — including cricket, PSL markets, basketball, baseball, and other sporting events — are subject to 3r3r's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. All casino games operate according to the individual game rules displayed within the game interface.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 3r3r does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable sports betting rules (for example, where an event is cancelled or postponed).
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct price at the time of bet placement, 3r3r reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the customer's account.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG). Applicable Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• 3r3r reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or session where reasonably necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3r3r Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under the age of 21, or providing false age information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder money or finance unlawful activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3r3r staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer your account or account balance to any other person.

3r3r is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling on 3r3r is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Requests to reduce deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Loss limits can be applied to restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period.

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the 3r3r brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any content from the Platform using automated tools.

3r3r collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and deliver personalised services.
• 3r3r does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3r3r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

3r3r's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3r3r account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 3r3r does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 3r3r is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 3r3r's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may close your 3r3r account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

3r3r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed by 3r3r due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances unaffected by the breach will be returned to the registered payment method.

3r3r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3r3r holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact 3r3r's support team and allow a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for us to resolve the matter informally. This requirement does not affect any right you may have to seek emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
